Needing help with twitter!

I have twitter, but need help using it. I have it linked to my phone, but I just do not understand some things about it. Like I want one person but not everyones message to come to my phone, so how do I make sure only their updates go to my phone? not everyones. and there are more questions I have, but that is all for now. Thanks in advnce for any help. And I would love for anyone to add me if they liked.

send a txt to twitter 40404 and type the word on with a space followed by the user name of the twitter user. this will turn on txt updates for that user

thank you so what other commands can you do from the phone... is there a list? I need like a email or something with them in it..

Hey maybe someone can help me here. I created a twitter but then deleted it because I wanted to start fresh. Well now, I can not create a knew account with my email because it says it has already been taken. Any advice?

Is there a way though I can use that one? I really do not want to have to make a whole other one just for that.

You could contact them and ask them but I don't know if they will respond, but that's all I can think of.
